Work­ing field:

Exam­ine and research meth­ods for declar­at­ive spe­cific­a­tion and auto­matic optim­iz­a­tion, par­al­lel­iz­a­tion and hard­ware adapt­a­tion for ana­lyt­ics on massive het­ero­gen­eous data at high rate as well as pro­cessing of com­plex data ana­lysis applic­a­tions for machine learn­ing and math­em­at­ical pro­gram­ming for big dis­trib­uted sys­tems.


Suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or equi­val­ent) in com­puter sci­ence (or related field) with a focus on data man­age­ment, dis­trib­uted sys­tems, par­al­lel pro­gram­ming of dis­trib­uted sys­tems, data ana­lysis and machine learn­ing. A spe­cial­iz­a­tion in query pro­cessing or optim­iz­a­tion would be ideal. Know­ledge of par­al­lel data­base imple­ment­a­tion, Apache Flink, Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark open source devel­op­ment and com­plier design are advant­age­ous.
