Intern Novel Memory Con­cepts (m/f) at Fer­ro­elec­tric Memory GmbH

Work­ing field:

You will learn how to per­form elec­trical meas­ure­ments with FMC’s pack­aged chips. You will ana­lyze vari­ous elec­trical oper­a­tion schemes of the fer­ro­elec­tric devices for usage in novel memory con­cepts. You will derive the most import­ant para­met­ers from the elec­trical char­ac­ter­ist­ics as input for bench­mark­ing with macro mod­els.
